Designer
Steve Mann has been involved in art and design since 1985 with commissions to design and make bespoke coffee tables, loundspeakers and turntables and 1996 started an underground magazine 'ultra high fidelity' but with a strong passion for working outdoors and with lots of ideas for hardlandscaping, Steve was soon creating imaginative stylish gardens which are elegant, sleek, systematic, dynamic, light spacious and easy to maintain, he likes to work very close with his clients and was soon coming up with his own modern designs and sculptural art work, Steve has been asked by clients and developers for interior-design ideas and now has a full portfolio of work on interior- design, steve hand draws and sketches all his ideas and designs, he does not rely on computers for these tasks,being self-taught has turned his hand to guilding and plating in platinum, gold and silver. He also spent time in the telecoms construction industry picking up skills on B.S.I I.S.O 2001 Standards, H&S, planning and risk assessment. Steve and his team exhibit all over the country as well as the hampton court flower show and has just received a bronze medal at the royal horticultural show at cardiff.

Environmental policy
We at sjm have had an environmental policy since 1987 to limt the carbon footprint. We recycled all hardcore aggregate waste which reduces the amount of journeys to landfill site. We also share cars to reduces co2 emission and where possible plants and foliage are broken down into recyclable bins for organic matter. As a company we endeavour to use chain of custody certified timber and substainable wood, we are strong supporters of the chain of custody certification processes.
